1、日产 5000 吨水泥熟料新型干法生产线烧成系统工艺设计 I 摘要摘要 本设计的设计题目是日产 5000 吨水泥熟料水泥厂新型干法生产线烧成系统 工艺设计。本设计的主要内容是水泥生产的工艺流程、水泥厂区布置及主机设备 选型等。重点是窑中部分的设计。本设计选用了现代回转窑中最先进的两档回转 窑。由于本人设计水平有限，在设计当中还有很多问题，希望老师批评指正。1. 窑的选择：在选择窑的过程中，我运用理论公式算出窑型，同时我也查找了 实际厂家的情况，最后我综合两者定出我的窑型；2. 物料平衡计算：按照经 验公式（石灰石饱和系数、硅酸率、铝氧率）计算，得出恰当的率值。确定 出最终物料配比;3. 生产工
