1、1 商业办公楼建筑设计、结构设计商业办公楼建筑设计、结构设计 摘要摘要： 本毕业设计由胡尚瑜老师作为指导老师， 指导学生梁睿完成此次毕业设计。 该设计是一栋钢筋混凝土框架结构的综合办公楼，建筑高度 21.8m（从地面 标高到主体结构檐口高度） ，建筑面积约 5000m2，设计使用年限 50 年，丙类建 筑，主体部分采用六层框架结构。遵循先建筑、后结构、再基础的设计过程，根 据任务书和指导书的要求完成的建筑、结构设计。 建筑图包括平面图、正立面、侧立面及各详图。结构设计时紧密结合建筑设 计，力求经济合理，造型美观。结构分析的重点在于框架内力及构件承载力满足 要求。 考虑毕业设计的特殊要求， 以手
