1、1 商业办公楼建筑设计、结构设计商业办公楼建筑设计、结构设计 摘要摘要: 本毕业设计由胡尚瑜老师作为指导老师, 指导学生梁睿完成此次毕业设计。 该设计是一栋钢筋混凝土框架结构的综合办公楼,建筑高度 21.8m(从地面 标高到主体结构檐口高度) ,建筑面积约 5000m2,设计使用年限 50 年,丙类建 筑,主体部分采用六层框架结构。遵循先建筑、后结构、再基础的设计过程,根 据任务书和指导书的要求完成的建筑、结构设计。 建筑图包括平面图、正立面、侧立面及各详图。结构设计时紧密结合建筑设 计,力求经济合理,造型美观。结构分析的重点在于框架内力及构件承载力满足 要求。 考虑毕业设计的特殊要求, 以手
