1、 I 驱动轮轴锁片冲孔落料级进模设计 摘 要 本文介绍的是驱动轮轴锁片冲孔落料级进模，该模具实例结构简单实用，使 用方便可靠。首先根据制件图尺寸研究制件的结构，再根据制件的尺寸算该制件 的压力中心，材料利用率，画排样图；其次依据凸、凹模不同的制造方法和冲裁 工艺方案计算出凸、凹模的刃口尺寸；计算冲压力，选择冲压设备；根据零件的 几何形状要求和尺寸的分析，进行凸、凹模结构设计,最后总体设计。当所有的参 数计算完后，对模具的装配方案，对主要零件的设计和装配要求技术要求都进行 分析。在设计过程中除了设计说明书外，还包括模具的装配图，非标准零件的零 件图。 关键词：冲孔，落料，级进模 ，冲压 II T
