1、 摘要 根据加工的为法兰盘类零件的螺孔的设计要求，特设计此固定式四轴头架，用于零 件中大批量生产。 设计主要包括传动系统图的绘制， 多轴头架上齿轮几何尺寸计算、 绘制多轴头总图、 轴承寿命的计算，确定四轴头架的工艺主参数，进行四轴头架的总体设计。 改装后的四轴钻床，可以同时完成四个孔的钻、扩、铰等工序。可以起到提高生产 效率、降低成本、提高孔系加工精度等作用。此外该装置具有结构简单、操作方便、应 用范围广等特点，值得推广。 关键词：关键词：立式 钻床 四轴头 可调 齿轮 II Abstract The design of multiple spindles heads for drilling

4、parts : the total design, the transfer s ystem design , and the constructive design . Because of the un-development in our manufacture industry ,most companys plant lack of the machine to drill multiple holes at the same time ,a waste of funding on the manufacturi ng facilities which will be laid af

5、ter the parts are produced . so the economic multiple spindle s heads enable the normal company to drill the multiple holes in a fast way .And same compa ny gained the economic performance by the way of reequips the.Itfact that the reequipped dri lling machine can satisfy the process precision requi

6、rement .so the design is feasible. Based o n the design of the multiple spindles heads , we can also design the others to the manufacture of the other flange plant parts.
