1、 摘要 根据加工的为法兰盘类零件的螺孔的设计要求,特设计此固定式四轴头架,用于零 件中大批量生产。 设计主要包括传动系统图的绘制, 多轴头架上齿轮几何尺寸计算、 绘制多轴头总图、 轴承寿命的计算,确定四轴头架的工艺主参数,进行四轴头架的总体设计。 改装后的四轴钻床,可以同时完成四个孔的钻、扩、铰等工序。可以起到提高生产 效率、降低成本、提高孔系加工精度等作用。此外该装置具有结构简单、操作方便、应 用范围广等特点,值得推广。 关键词:关键词:立式 钻床 四轴头 可调 齿轮 II Abstract The design of multiple spindles heads for drilling
