1、 I 摘 要 型钢堆垛机是一种用于对成型钢材自动打捆的设备。 本文简要介绍了型钢堆垛机的整体组成部分及其分类，阐述了型钢堆垛机的总体设 计，重点介绍了型钢堆垛机的自动控制系统设计、压紧机构的设计。主要包括型钢堆垛机 自动控制系统的功能分析、控制系统类型的选择、输入/输出设备的确定、PLC 简介及设备 选型、PLC 的 I/O 口的分配、PLC 控制系统硬件、软件设计、PLC 程序编制、系统调试；还 包括压紧机构液压缸的结构设计、强度校核。 关键字：关键字：型钢堆垛机；自动控制；PLC；压紧机构 II Abstract The section steel stacking machine is
