1、 第 I 页 三通管注塑模具设计三通管注塑模具设计 摘要摘要：三通管作为一种连接件在日常生活中应用广泛。本文主要介绍了三通管注塑模具的设计过程。本设 计通过对塑件的工艺分析， 确定其主要成型工艺参数， 设计了三通管注塑模具中的各个系统， 如浇注系统、 导向与定位机构、侧向分型和抽芯机构、脱模机构、分型面、冷却系统及排气系统等，并对所选用的注塑 机参数进行了校核，最后绘制出模具的装配总图，完成本文的编写。该注塑模具为双分型面结构，一模一 腔，采用滚轮式滑板侧向抽芯机构，利用推杆将塑件脱出，结构合理，运行可靠。整个设计过程不仅使用 了传统的设计方法，还运用了 CAD、PRO/E 等技术，大大提高了

2、设计的效率。本次设计能加强对注塑模 具成型原理的理解，同时锻炼了注塑模具设计和制造能力。 关键词关键词：三通管 注塑模具 侧抽芯 Three-way Pipe Injection Mold Design Abstract： The three-way pipe as a connection in daily life is used widely. 5、de,using the push rod plastic parts prolapse, it is a reasonable structure, reliable operation. The whole design process not only using traditional design method, still use of the CAD, PRO / E and other technology greatly improving the design efficiency. The design of injection mould can strengthen

6、the understanding of forming principle, while exercising the injection molding mould design and manufacturing ability.
