1、 第 I 页 三通管注塑模具设计三通管注塑模具设计 摘要摘要:三通管作为一种连接件在日常生活中应用广泛。本文主要介绍了三通管注塑模具的设计过程。本设 计通过对塑件的工艺分析, 确定其主要成型工艺参数, 设计了三通管注塑模具中的各个系统, 如浇注系统、 导向与定位机构、侧向分型和抽芯机构、脱模机构、分型面、冷却系统及排气系统等,并对所选用的注塑 机参数进行了校核,最后绘制出模具的装配总图,完成本文的编写。该注塑模具为双分型面结构,一模一 腔,采用滚轮式滑板侧向抽芯机构,利用推杆将塑件脱出,结构合理,运行可靠。整个设计过程不仅使用 了传统的设计方法,还运用了 CAD、PRO/E 等技术,大大提高了

This paper introduces the process of the three-way pipe injection mold design. Through to the analysis of the technology of

4、nd exhaust slot. And checked the selected injection molding machine parameters, finally draw mold assembly drawing, completes the preparation. This injection mold is two joint surfaces structure, dying structure adopted one module one cavity, used the side core-pulling mechanism of a roller type sli
5、de,using the push rod plastic parts prolapse, it is a reasonable structure, reliable operation. The whole design process not only using traditional design method, still use of the CAD, PRO / E and other technology greatly improving the design efficiency. The design of injection mould can strengthen
