1、YT24YT24 凿岩机机体工艺及夹具设计凿岩机机体工艺及夹具设计 摘要摘要 本设计主要是对 YT24 型凿岩机机体进行工艺规程的拟订，及车床与铣床典 型夹具的设计进行全面的阐述。全文共分五章，其中第一章前言主要介绍的是课 题的来源。第二章开始阐述了本课题的目的意义和技术分析，之后着重从生产类 型的确定、毛坯的分析、工艺路线的制定、加工余量的确定、各工序工艺装备的 确定、切削用量的确定、工序时间的计算等七个方面进行工艺分析。第三章简单 介绍了机床夹具设计的概念。第四章和第五章分别从工件定位的确定、夹紧机构 的设计、夹具其他装置的设计、夹具体的设计和夹具的工作原理五个方面，介绍 了铣床专用夹具和
