1、 摘 要 针对传统剪切机存在的噪音大、占地面积大、灵活性差等问题，本设计采 用了液压驱动方式，解决了上述方面的缺陷。其设计内容剪切机的总体设计计 算，主要零部件的设计计算和液压系统的设计，其中液压系统的设计还包括液 压元件的设计。本文利用液压传动控制技术对剪切机进行改进设计，具有噪声 小、剪切平稳等优点，是一种新形式的液压剪切机，能够更好地服务于剪切行 业的发展，更好地适应国内外市场的需求，因此具有良好的市场前景。 关键词：剪切机，液压系统，液压元件 Abstract Abstract Aim at the existing traditonal shearing machine that h
