1、 i 摘要摘要 毕业设计课题为消毒柜侧盖注射模拟及其注射模设计。分析了塑件的结构特点，运 用 Moldflow 软件对塑件进行了模拟分析 ,优化了浇口位置 ,并针对成型过程中出现的 缺陷进行了工艺参数优化 ,在模拟结果的基础上完成了该塑件注塑模的结构设计和材 料选定 ,并介绍了模具的结构和工作过程。该模具采用潜伏式浇口和侧向抽芯机构，一 模两腔 。 CAE 优化与模具设计的有效结合 ,缩短了模具研发周期 ,降低了产品开发成本 , 提高了产品质量。该模具结构合理 ,操作方便 ,生产效率高。 关键词：关键词：注射模具 一模两腔 模具设计 模拟分析 ii ABSTRACT My graduation

2、 project is the injection simulation analysis and the design of the injection mold of the side cover of the disinfect a cabinet.The structure characteristics of the plastic part were analyzed.
