1、 毕业设计（论文） 题目名称： *9000 吨水产冷藏库制冷系统设计 1 摘要 本设计是位于郑州市的*9000t 水产冷藏库制冷系统设计。主要任务是完 成冻结物冷藏间制冷系统的设计。在本设计中首先根据冷库吨位和容积利用系 数对冷库建筑面积进行确定， 确定冷库的建筑方案和冷藏库与机房的相对位置。 然后确定维护结构的材料和传热系数，计算各种耗冷量进而根据机械负荷对制 冷压缩机机及其辅助设备进行选用，最后决定采用活塞式制冷压缩机。其次确 定制冷系统方案， 依据冷库的使用性质和它的规模来确定， 选用氨作为制冷剂， 使用氨泵供液，采用直接冷却，热氨融霜。冷间的制冷工艺设计是根据冷间冷 却设备负荷的大小及

2、冷间的性质，选择蒸发器并合理考虑冷间的气流组织，并 对制冷系统的试压、试漏、及管道的保温问题做了简单说明。 关键词：制冷系统，活塞式制冷压缩机，耗冷量。 2 Abstract This design is located in Zhengzhou City Feng Chi 9000t aquatic products cold storage refrigeration system design.
