1、 毕业设计计算书 题 目： 郑州*办公楼设计 指导教师： 学生姓名： 学号： 专 业： 培养层次： 完成时间： I 摘要摘要 本项目为郑州*办公楼，建筑高度为 20.100 米，共五层，总建筑面 4923.18 ， 设计年限为 50 年，抗震设防烈度为 6 度，结构类型为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构，楼 板为双向板，楼梯采用板式楼梯，基础采用柱下独立基础。框架结构内力计算时，在 竖向荷载作用下框架内力近似计算时采用分层法， 在水平荷载作用下框架内力近似计 算时采用改进反弯点法（D 值法） 。在计算过程中对梁的弯矩进行了调幅，板内力计 算采用弹性理论计算方法。对建筑中出现的墙体均直接放在梁上，墙、板的
