1、 1 摘 要 在众多生产领域中，经常需要对贮槽，贮罐，水池等容器中的液位进 行监控，以往采用传统的继电器接触器控制，使用的硬件连接多，可靠性 差，自动化程度不高，目前已有许多的企业采用先进控制器对传统的控制 器进行改造，大大提高了控制系统的可靠性和自动化程度，为企业提供了 更可靠的生产保障。 本文介绍了基于 FX2N 型号的可编程控制器（PLC） ，组态软件的液面控 制系统的设计方案，采用 PID 算法实现液面的自动控制。利用组态软件设 计人机画面，通过串行口和可编程控制器通信实现控制系统的实时监控， 现场数据的采集和处理，其结构简单，监控系统不仅自动化程度高，还具 有在线修改功能，灵活性强。
