1、 摘摘 要要 在制图软件中，Solidworks 软件自上而下方法的研究已成为研究和开发的热点， 逐渐成为一种趋势。在 Solidworks 环境中 ,通过产品 、部件和零件三者之间参数关 联 ,采用一种基于装配约束的参数化设计方法实现部件的参数化建模 ,阐述了这种参 数化设计方法中的关键技术 ,包括产品结构的划分 、尺寸分析 、关联设计 、基于 布局草图的设计和方程式的添加 ;运用部件参数化设计方法构建了一个 Solidworks 部件库 。采用这种方法 ,有利于产品的修改和系列化 ,提高设计效率。本文在参阅了 国内外大量对参数化设计的文献基础之上，以自行车自上而下设计为例，进一步探讨 了自

2、上而下的发展和过程。 并根据参数化过程中出现的 API 函数进行阐述， 让设计人 员从繁琐的绘图工作中解脱出来，集中精力选择和优化设计参数，提高产品质量，缩 短产品设计周期。 关键词：关键词：Solidworks；装配约束；自上而下；部件库；自行车 ABSTRACT In drawing software, the method of top-down design research has become the focus of research and development, Top-down, and gradually become a trend. 3、sses the parametric modeling method of component s completed by adopting the parametric method based o n assembly constraint through t heir parametric links of product component s and part s under the SolidWorks. Meanwhile , it introduces the key technique of this method , including the partition of

4、 product structure , dimension analysis , relating design , assembly design based on layout sketch and t he accession of equation. The thesis creates a component s library in t he SolidWorks by using t he method of parametric design for component s. Adopting t his method will be in favor of t he mod

5、ification and serial design of a product , and raise t he design efficiency. Based on a large number of domestic parametric design based on the literature, bicycle of parametric design, for example, further discusses the development and the process parameters. And according to the parametric process

KEYWORDS： SolidWorks； assembly constraint ； Top-down； component s library； bicycle 第一章第一章 绪论绪论 1.1 自行车的行业自行车的行业 自行车历史渊源久长。据史料文字记载，大约公元前 2300 年，中国、埃及、印 度都出现过人类原始的自行车雏形。意大利庞贝城中的壁画是最早的图形记载。世界 上第一辆真正的自行车是由法国人米狄德，西福拉克于 1790 年发明的两轮脚蹬自 行车。链条式驱动装置的发明者是英国人丁斯塔利和劳森。1888 年英国人邓洛普 将实心轮胎改为充气轮胎，使行驶较为轻便。自行车的发展，从车型看，20 世纪 60 年代初期以普遍车轻便车为主，到 70 年代开始流行
