1、 1 摘摘 要要 此设计矿井为鸡西矿业集团恒山一矿 1.80Mt/a 新井设计，设计井田的走向长 5.5km, 倾向长2.4km,总面积13.2km。井田可采储量为233.77Mt，共有4层可采煤层，分别是3 #、 4 #、6#、23#，可采煤层总厚度为12.0m。煤主要为焦煤，服务年限为57a。 本设计矿井采用双立井开拓方式，一个工作面即可达产。划分两个开采水平，10个采 区。采煤方法为走向长壁采煤法，采煤工艺为综合机械化开采。采空区处理方法为全部垮 落法。 大巷采用10t架线式电机车牵引3.0t底卸式矿车运输。主井采用多绳摩擦箕斗提升， 副井采用刚性组合罐道罐笼提升。 关键词：矿井设计 立

2、井 综合机械化 2 Abstract This article gives a new design for 1.80Mt/a coal of HengShanNo.1 in JIXI coal mining group. The mine is 5.5km long and 2.4km width, the whole area is 13.20square. The exploitable reserve of this mine pit is 233.66Mt.It has four workable coal ledges, such as 3#、4#、6#、23#, the tota

3、l thickness of which is 12.0 meters .the main coal exploited from this mine area is coking coal. This mines life is 57 years. This mine pit design takes the double vertical shaft development way, and then one working aspect can achieve the goal. We divided it into two levels and ten exploitation are

4、a. We use the single strike long wall mining technology to exploit coal, also with the integrative mechanized technology. We use the caving method to tackle the exploited area. We uses 10-ton wire laying type electric locomotive towing the 3.0-ton Bottom-dump mine cars to transport on the main road.
