1、 斜三通注塑模毕业设计斜三通注塑模毕业设计 摘要：摘要： 本设计主要是斜三通管的注射模具设计。 通过对塑件进行工艺的分析及其结 构分析，从产品结构工艺性,具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部 分的结构、顶出系统、注射机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计。介绍了 斜三通管注塑模具的结构组成及工作原理。该模具一模一腔,采用斜导柱和侧滑 块抽芯机构,结构合理,运行可靠。 通过模具设计表明该模具能达到斜三通管的质 量和加工工艺要求。 关键词：关键词： 斜三通；注塑模具；注射机；侧型芯滑块；斜导柱 Injection Mold Design of Diagonal Tee Connector
