1、 摘 要 本设计是以德国 FESTO 公司 PCS 实验平台中的液位单元为被控对象，设计 了液位监控系统，初步研究了网络的引入对液位控制系统性能可能产生的影响。 在液位控制系统的总体监控方案设计中，首先采用 SIMATIC WinCC 组态软件对 液位控制系统进行上位监控设计；然后根据测量数据建立控制系统模型，并进行 PID 参数的整定，使系统达到了设计指标；最后讨论了网络化控制系统中时延和 数据丢包问题，并利用同时集成系统控制与网络调度的仿真工具 TrueTime，分析 研究了网络对液位控制系统性能的影响。 关键词：PCS 液位控制 WinCC PID 网络化 TrueTime Abstra
