1、 1 除尘器之箱梁的焊接工艺 【摘要】 本论文阐述了除尘器之箱梁的焊接工艺。根据生产需要，选用材质为Q345钢， 厚度为3.0mm的钢板。并论述了Q345钢的作用及焊接性，主要用于制造耐酸碱、大 气及腐蚀介质等的结构件和容器等。通过对Q345钢板化学成分、组织、性能和二氧 化碳气体保护焊焊接工艺规范的不断摸索，以及对焊接过程容易出现的问题的综合 分析，总结出Q345的焊接工艺特点及操作要领，并简要论述了二氧化碳气体保护焊 的原理和工艺特性以及焊件的焊后质量检测原则。 关键词：关键词：Q345钢；焊接工艺；二氧化碳气体保护焊；质量检测 。 2 Abstract:Abstract: This pa
