1、 I 摘摘 要要 在 21 世纪的今天，随着经济的发展，温度及湿度的测量和控制对人类日常 生活、工业生产、气象预报、物资仓储等都起着极其重要的作用。在许多场合， 及时准确获得目标的温度、湿度信息是十分重要的，近年来，温湿度测控领域发 展迅速， 并且随着数字技术的发展， 温湿度的测控芯片也相应的登上历史的舞台， 而在食品行业也在广泛应用者。食品都是有保质期的，所以食品温湿度的保持对 其质量的保障显得尤为重要。 针对此领域的发展方向，本文介绍了温湿度自动检测系统。本系统是以 AT89S51 单片机为控制单元、温度传感器 AD590、湿度传感器 SH1101 为主要检测 器件，实现温度、湿度的测量、
