1、 I 摘要 电能是能量的一种表现形式，是现代社会中最重要的能源。电能的生产和消 费具有同时性，且电能生产运行方式变化的过度过程十分短暂，电能与国民经济 各部门和人民生活关系密切。变电站是联系发电厂和用户的中间环节，起着变换 和分配电能的作用。为此，建设可靠性高、经济性好的变电所成为此次课题研究 的主题。本设计要求设计 TX 市近郊区的变电所，向市区工业区、生活区及郊区乡 镇工业与农业用户供电，现有的变电所建设存在着资金和土地资源浪费、重复建 设、改造困难以及影响周围环境等问题，不符合我国的可持续发展战略。为此， 此次设计就这些方面提出了一些改进，以达到节约资源供电可靠效益最大化的目 的。 关键
