1、 1 课课 题题 无锡市某综合楼空调暖通设计无锡市某综合楼空调暖通设计 摘要 本设计为无锡市某综合楼空调系统工程设计，地上十四层，地下一层。主要 建筑功能为宾馆。根据房间功能，全楼采用集中供给空调方式，冷热源采用多联 机组实现夏季供冷，冬季供热。 根据各不同功能房间将该集中空调系统为新风机组， 办公及中等会议室采用 了多联机加独立新风系统，新风机组从室外引入新风处理到室内空气焓值， 多联 机承担室内冷负荷及部分的新风湿负荷； 一些办公室房间采用多联机加全热交换 器的形式。地下汽车库采用自然进风、机械排风，制冷机房及低压配电房等采用 机械送风、机械排风，并兼做为地下室走廊排烟使用。考虑中庭排烟及
