1、 I 摘要摘要 我本次毕业设计的题目是小型冷剪后双辊道及移钢装置，分为快速分离辊道 1 和输送至均整机的辊 道 2。钢坯在剪后由辊道 1 加速使剪后钢坯与未剪钢坯迅速分离，然后通过移钢装置将钢坯移送到辊道 2 上，由辊道 2 将钢坯运送到均整机处。本次设计中对双辊道和移钢机构进行了主要设计。为了快速分离 剪后前后钢坯，对辊道速度进行了合理调整；在移钢装置中采用机械和液压结合，利用液压缸带动移钢 小车将钢坯由输送辊道移到对齐辊道上，同时将对齐辊道上的钢坯输送到移钢链条上，循环往复完成钢 坯的运送。这样设计最大的优点就是利用液压系统控制上的优势，可充分发挥设备性能，而且能满足动 力要求。 关键词：
