1、 海湾扇贝分级振动筛 摘要 分级振动筛是一种将物料分成两种或多种粒度级别的设备，广泛应用于矿山、煤炭、 农产品等多个行业，能够实现各种物料的分级。具有运转平稳、工作可靠、结构简单、易 损件少、筛网更换方便以及筛分效率高和筛分效果好等特点。 本文首先介绍了振动筛的原理，简述了国内外振动筛的研究现状，分析了各种振动筛 的特点，综合运用机械设计、机械制造等知识提出了海湾扇贝分级振动筛的设计思路。 其次，讨论和确定了双轴直线振动筛的总体结构，并对其结构方案、主要零部件、技 术指标性能等进行了详细的分析和计算，对部分主要零部件进行了校核计算。最后，分析 了海湾扇贝分级振动筛还可以优化改进的地方。 关键词

6、目前国内处理难筛 物料的振动筛分机械设备。振动筛具有大振幅、大振动强度、低频率和弹性筛面的工艺特 点。工作过程中始终保持最大的开孔率，从而筛分效率高、处理能力大，筛板更换方便， 降低了成本。振动筛超大筛面和大处理能力可满足现场的生产需要。振动筛筛子的结构采 用多段筛面振动而机架不振动的运动方式，使振动筛实现了大型化。 筛分是利用多孔工作面将颗粒大小不同的混合物进行分级的作业。利用筛分可以把物 料加工成成品；也可以为下道工序做准备；可以为破碎作业服务；也可以脱水、脱泥、脱 介。筛分机械的种类很多。在工业上，一般是根据其运动特征进行分类的。根据这种方法， 筛分机械主要可以分为以下五种：固定筛、滚筒筛、摇动筛、振动筛和圆筒筛。 振动筛工作时，两振动电机同步反向旋转产生反向激振力，迫使筛体带动筛网做纵向 运动，使其上的物料受激振力而周期性向前抛出一个射程，从而完成物料筛分作业。 振动筛的工作特点: 采用偏心块产生激振力，激振力强 筛子横梁与筛箱采用高强度螺栓，结构简单，维修方便 采用小振幅，高频率，大倾角结构，使该机筛分效率高、处理量大、寿命长、电耗 低、噪音小。 2、振动筛的研究现状及
