1、摘摘 要要 本次设计的自动沾锡装置可以抓取变压器，代替人工在高温的环境下完 成沾锡过程，避免烫伤等伤害。 本次设计的自动沾锡装置由多部分组成，机械手、竖臂、横臂、锡炉等。 综合所学理论知识与相关机械设计的专业知识，可完成对此自动沾锡装置设 计，并且绘制所需装配图和零件图。此沾锡装置其中的机械部分可采用伺服 电动机、螺旋杆、导向光杆等相关机械部件组成。 沾锡的装置控制系统的设计，绘制的机械臂的工作原理图，大大提高了 工作效率和图纸质量。 本文采用三维设计，三维效果绘制整个装置，然后再完成了二维图形的 绘制，不仅提高了效率，而且好的图纸质量高。 这次的机械设计，希望能对可改善工作环境和良好的改善，
