1、 I 毕业设计论文 摘要: 本次设计的小型轧钢机是借助旋转轧辊与其接触摩擦的作用,将被轧 制的金属体(轧件)拽入轧辊的缝隙间,在轧辊压力作用下,使轧件主要 在厚度方向上完成塑性成型。 本次设计的设计主要包括:电动机的选取,传动部分的设计,减速器 的设计,轴系部件的设计,箱体的设计,小型轧钢机主体,机架的设计, 其中包括对减速器的润滑和密封等。设计过程按照国家标准和机械设计标 准来设计的。 轴的设计和齿轮的设计是本次设计的重点,设计中参照了机械设计手 册进行了精确的设计,并进行了强度校核。 本次设计的小型轧钢机结构简单、使用价格低,并且符写设计合设计 要求,主要针对用来加工链条板的卷带料而设计的
