1、 I 摘 要 本设计是重型卡车主减速器及差速器的设计。主减速器设计时根据给定的基本参 数计算出主减速比，根据计算得到的主减速比选取主减速器类型为双级主减速器；与 单级主减速器相比，在保证离地间隙相同时还得到很大的传动比，并且还拥有结构紧 凑，噪声小，使用寿命长等优点。差速器根据主减速器的设计和以往的经验借鉴选取 为结构简单、工作性能平稳、制造方便的对称式圆锥行星齿轮差速器。本设计主要内 容包括： 双级主减速器和对称式圆锥行星齿轮差速器各个零件参数的设计和校核过程。 主减速器结构的选择、主、从动锥齿轮的设计、轴承的校核；差速器结构的选择、行 星齿轮、半轴齿轮的设计和校核。 关键词：重型载货汽车；
