1、 1 摘要摘要 煤炭工业是我国国民经济的主要支柱产业。在未来 50 年内，煤炭仍是主要的能源 和战略物质，具有不可替代性，是国民经济和社会发展的保证。我国煤巷高效掘进方式 中最主要的方式是悬臂式掘进机与单体锚杆钻机配套作业线，也称为煤巷综合机械化掘 进掘进机，而掘进机的生产水平代表了煤炭的采集效率。 本次设计选用 ZBXS100E 掘进机型。掘进机主要包括机械部分，电气系统，液压系 统和水冷系统。本次设计的主要内容为电气系统的设计，其中明确了电气系统的组成， 完成了电气系统的控制原理，电气系统的自我保护系统的设计。 关键词：电气系统、主电路、控制、保护关键词：电气系统、主电路、控制、保护 2
