1、 摘要摘要 由变速器发展历史可以知道，变速器作为汽车传动系统的重要组成部分，其技术 发展是衡量汽车技术水平的重要依据之一。材料技术、制造工艺、信息与控制技术等 的发展以及能源与环境的平衡推动了变速器的发展。如果说发动机是汽车的心脏，那 么变速器就是汽车的主动脉。 本设计课题为 A100变速器设计的子课题，进行变速器输入轴、中间轴和倒挡轴及 其齿轮的设计。要求是根据首先根据发动机和整车参数，完成变速器的动力匹配、机 械设计、强度校核、机构设计以及工程图绘制。 序言部分是本次设计的任务以及具体要求的详细介绍。 设计部分为本次说明书重点，主要包括结构分析、方案论证以及校核计算。结构 分析是对所选结构
