1、 1 摘摘 要要 众所周知，城市污水是水污染大户。据不完全统计，2005 年全国城 市废水年排放总量已超过 500 亿 m 3。由此可见，为了控制污染，保护环 境，迫切需要解决城市污水同环境保护协调发展的问题。 根据城市污水产生的特点和污水的性质， 将废水处理同废水回用结 合起来作为一个完整的系统加以考虑，似更为合理，使废水处理更能适 应环境保护和生产发展的要求。 本设计针对城市生活污水水质特征，同时要求脱磷除氮。对 SBR、 氧化沟和 A 2/O 工艺进行比选， 选择 SBR 作为主体工艺。 污水通过格栅 调节池SBR 池工艺处理后，达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准 的二级排放标准。 关键词
