1、 年产 25 万吨无缝钢管厂车间设计 摘 要 本设计是参照鞍钢无缝钢管厂 219mm 机组而设计的年产量为25万吨的热轧无缝 钢管车间，其产品的品种包括商品管、输送管、地质钢管、类锅炉管、类锅炉管、 油1。本论文主要介绍了自动轧管机组生产无缝钢管的一个全过程，包括产品大纲和金 属平衡表，工艺流程，加热制度的确定，轧制制度的确定，轧制表编制，工具设计，力 能参数的校核。还有车间平面的设计，其中包括设备的间距，仓库面积，厂房组成及内 外运输。专题介绍了连轧管机的选型。 关键词：发展趋势;产品大纲;工艺流程;轧制表;工具设计;校核;连轧管机 Plant Design of seamless stee
