1、 I 浅析企业资本结构及融资决策 以 XX 集团为例 摘要：企业融资行为是企业自身的一项资金筹集活动，资本结构的分析则是融资决 策的重要环节。资本结构和融资决策之间存在着密切的关系，资本结构能够为企业的融 资决策提供理论上的决策导向。本文从资本结构和融资决策的基本概念出发，选取XX 集团为分析对象，结合数据计算XX集团战略转型前后有关资本结构情况的相关指标， 观察战略转型前后资本结构的变化。重点结合XX集团在战略转型后的资本结构和其对 应的融资决策，从宏观微观角度探索完善融资决策的切实途径。 关键词：资本结构；融资；决策；途径 A Brief Analysis on the Capital S
