4、 phosphor removal 1 绪论 1.1 课程设计题目 城市污水处理工艺设计 1.2 设计依据 (1)污水水量 (a) 拟建污水处理规模是平均流量为40000 m 3/d； (b) 城市污水主要包括居民生活污水和工业废水； (c) 城市混合污水变化系数：总变化系数 Kz=1.37。 (2) 进水水质 BOD5=170mg/L；TN=35mg/L； TP=3.8mg/L；总碱度=2000 mg/L。 (3) 出水水质 城市污水经处理后，就近排入厂区附近某河流。污水处理厂出水水质根据GB18918 2002城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准的一级排放标准（B 标准），污水厂出水水质控 制为：

6、0.53 2 城市污水处理方案的确定 2.1 确定污水处理方案的原则 (a)城市污水处理应采用先进的技术设备，要求经济合理，安全可靠，出水水质好； 保证良好的出水水质，效益高； (b)污水厂的处理构筑物要求布局合理，建设投资少，占地少；自动化程度高，便于科 学管理，力求达到节能和污水资源化，进行回用水设计； (c)为确保处理效果，采用成熟可靠的工艺流程和处理构筑物；提高自动化程度，为科 学管理创造条件； (d)污水处理采用生物处理，污泥脱水采用机械脱水并设事故干化厂；污水采用季节性 消毒； (e)提高管理水平，保证运转中最佳经济效果；充分利用沼气资源，把沼气作为燃料； (f)查阅相关的资料确定其方案。 0e 0 CC C 17020 170 3520 35 3.81.5 3.8 3 最佳的处理方案要体现以下优点： (a)保证处理效果，运行稳定； (b)基建投资省，耗能低，运行费用低； (c)占地面积小，泥量少，管理方便。 2.2 污水处理方法及工艺流程的的确定 根据测量的水量、水质和环境容量降
