1、 I . 闹钟后盖的冲压模具设计 摘 要 本设计应用 UG 和 AutoCAD 软件对制件进行冲压模具设计，介绍了两套典型冲压模 具设计的整个设计过程。 设计分为四部分，第一部分是对 UG 简单介绍，以了解 UG 在模具设计的重要作用和 发展前景；第二部分对制件件进行了工艺分析和三维造型；在第三部分中，设计冲孔、 落料连续和拉深翻边复合模，首先进行冲压件工艺分析，确定模具结构，然后进行工艺 计算，接着主要对模具主要零件进行设计， 最后完成模具的总体结构；第四部分中， 利用 UG 设计模具的三维结构，按照建立凸凹模，卸料板，凹模，凸模、压料板，凸模 固定板，垫板和模架的顺序完成模具的三维实体，最
