6、压力越来越大。在教育领 域,随着教育地位的不断提高,再加上教师聘用制的实施,教师的压力也不可避免的越来 越大。目前，中小学教师的心理压力得到了人们的普遍关注和研究，但同属教育领域的 大学教师，国内外以其心理压力为范畴进行的研究则很少。因此，本文将就大学教师的 心理压力产生的原因及其调适的对策进行初步探讨。这对于改善大学教师的健康水平、 提高大学教师教学绩效将大有裨益。 一、大学教师心理压力涵义一、大学教师心理压力涵义 大学教师的心理压力是指由其教师职业引起的心理紧张。 当压力源出现时，大 学教师会产生一系列不愉快的、消极的情绪经历。当大学教师感到某种压力，而这种 压力又不能在短时间内得到解决，久而久之，心理压力就会膨胀，结果在教师内心产 生一种深重的不平衡感。如在大学教师业绩考核中，起初教师承受着竞争的压力，努 力按照考核要求去做； 但有时付出的劳动和取得的成绩不能被肯定， 他们便感到迷惑、 焦虑、情绪低落和对工作满意程度降低，造成恶性循环；严重者会出现苦恼、极端不 安、气愤、悲伤等心理反应。过重或持续的心理压力可能会损害身心健康，使大学教 师“累垮” ，这是一种情感、体力和
