1、贵州省城镇化战略的思考 摘要摘要：党的小城镇，大战略，是实施城镇化建设的重要依据，也是统筹城乡发展，推进新农 村建设的前提和基本。而贵州属于偏远地区，经济增长缓慢，一直处在贫困落后欠发达的状 态。本文针对国发二号文件提出的加快发达地区（贵州）的发展，实施工业强省和城镇化战 略，充分认识实施贵州城镇化战略有促进贵州经济发展，开拓农村经济市场等重要意义，加 快推进小城镇建设。 针对贵州城镇化建设的现状通过统计资料和数据进行了分析， 对贵州城 镇化的几大问题即贵州城镇化建设均落后于全国的平均水平， 产业结构的不合理等等进行了 阐述。 最后提出在城镇化战略的基础上提出了科学的规划和因地制宜等对策以加快

Key words: Urbanization strategy; Law of development; Scientific planning 引言： 目前我国贵州的城镇化建设问题日益凸显， 加强城镇化建设发展研究， 推进城市化进程，有利于加快欠发达的贵州的发展，缩短与全国的城镇化差距。 前人的研究都是针对地理条件优越的东部总结出的典型模式，例如苏南模式，珠 三角模式等等。本文旨在通过对贵州城镇化建设的战略分析，通过数据资料的整 理和总结， 论述贵州城镇化建设中出现的问题以及探索贵州城镇化建设战略的背 景下的发展对策，避免出现盲目发展城镇化而造成严重浪费，逐步实现加快城镇 化的建设和发展，并以城市带动农村，实现农村城镇化，农业工业化和现代化， 发展农村经济，减轻农村人口压力与农村资源严重短缺的
