1、摘要摘要 U 盘是当今社会日常中必不可少的工具。U 盘产品的外壳造型很多，市面上 不断出现着各种款式，我们选用这一款 U 盘外壳（材料 HDPE）学名高密度聚乙 烯进行模具设计。我们通过分析和研究，参照有关的技术文献，选定材料和有关 技术参数，设计出这款 U 盘外壳的模具。毕业设计论文主要包括三部分内容：第 一部分为注塑模具的工作原理及有关的应用、有关的设计原则，以及产品的有关 介绍。第二部分为模具的设计计算：模具结构的设计，浇注系统的设计，注射机 的选择等。第三部分为 Pro/ENGINEER 的应用,Pro/E 许多方面的功能都在本次设 计中用到，它为产品造型设计和模具设计提供良好的设计环

The shell of U disk products is continuous updating following on the market requirement. We choose this shell shape of the U disk to mold design. Through the an
