1、 企业人事管理系统 摘 要 人事管理实施的好坏关系到企业的生存与长远发展。传统的人事管理，繁琐而且 效率低下，对于企事业单位的人事管理部门来说，非常需要一个操作方便、功能实 用、能够满足本企业对员工信息管理及需求的系统。 企业人事管理系统是一个面向企业人事部门工作人员，为其提供服务的综合信息 系统，管理人员通过本系统可以完成相关的日常工作。系统采用了面向对象的分析与 设计，开发采用 grails 架构，系统主要功能有：奖惩管理、工资管理、请假管理、培 训管理、员工管理、系统管理和招聘管理等。 本系统可以减少传统人力资源管理带来的诸多弊端，大大节约人力资源管理的成 本，可以应用于中小型企业的管理
