1、 I 摘摘 要要 化学工业在我国发展十分迅速，而醋酸又是重要的化工原料及有机产品。醋酸是在 以氧气作为氧化剂的情况下，由乙醛氧化生成的。本书设计的鼓泡塔反应器是主要的氧 化传质设备。氧化设计包括方案的选取，主要设备的工艺设计计算物料衡算、热量 衡算、工艺参数的选定、设备的结构设计和工艺尺寸的设计计算，辅助设备的选型，工 艺流程图等内容。 此设计针对乙醛氧化制醋酸的问题进行分析、选取、计算、核算、绘图等，是较完 整的氧化设计过程。通过设计计算得到了氧化塔的基本的设计尺寸、塔内气泡的大小、 气泡的上升速度、气含率、以及传质、传热系数等。 关键词关键词：醋酸；鼓泡塔；物料衡算；热量衡算；设备计算 I
