1、I 摘 要 本文主要介绍了液压缸拆装机机械系统的设计。 液压缸拆装机机械系统主要包括底 座、外柱、内柱、顶板、耳座、油缸耳座、轴销、销钉等部件材料的选取、结构设计、 尺寸的确定。根据设计的要求确定了内、外柱直径、高度以及壁厚，设计了销钉的结构 尺寸和直径。结合设计的加载压力和材料的力学性能，根据强度校核公式校核了内、外 柱壁的强度；依据剪切力校核公式校核了销钉的剪切应力。分析了液压缸拆装机研究的 意义，并对液压缸的分类和常见故障以及发展趋势做了简要的介绍，在此基础上确定了 液压缸拆装机的总体方案。然后对液压缸拆装机的使用方法进行了简要说明。最后运用 CAXA 设计软件完成了液压缸拆装机整体结构
