1、 1 简易自动电阻测试仪简易自动电阻测试仪 摘要摘要 随着电子工业的发展， 电子元器件急剧增加， 电子元器件的适 用范围也逐渐广泛起来， 在应用中我们常常要测定电阻的大小。 因 此，设计可靠，安全，便捷的电阻测试仪具有极大的现实必要性。 在系统硬件设计中， 以 AT89S52 单片机为核心的电阻测试仪， 使用电桥电路的原理测出被测电阻。 在系统的软件设计是以 Keil51 为仿真平台，使用 C 语言写了 系统应用软件；包括主程序模块、显示模块、电阻测试模块。 最后，实际制作了一台样机，在实验室里进行了测试，结果表 明该样机的功能和指标基本达到了了设计要求。 关键关键词词：单片机；电桥电路；LC
