1、 毕业设计（论文） 对接接头中 I 型坡口研究 学生姓名： 系 别： 材料工程系 专 业： 焊接技术及自动化 学 号： 班 级： 焊接 10 指导教师： 1 摘 要 本文基于非线性有限元分析软件 MSC.MARC 平台，模拟了中碳钢 5mm 厚 I 型坡口平 板对接焊，以及在不同焊接工艺参数下的温度场、应力场和焊接变形。利用 MSC.MARC 软件模拟焊接的基本过程如几何建模、参数设置、分析求解和结果输出等，分析平板在 不同外部约束条件的温度场、应力场，并对比分析不同约束条件下的焊后残余应力及焊 后变形，由此得出何种约束条件对 I 型坡口平板对接焊的变形和残余应力影响因素最 小，从而指导实际工
