1、 浅谈环保制冷剂现状及发展趋势 摘要 本文回顾了制冷剂的发展历史，详细描述了三个历史时期应用为制冷剂的化学物质及其 特点，由于环境问题而正在开发的新一代制冷剂不但要满足环境要求，而且还要节约能源。 本文还总结了目前中国和世界上环保制冷剂的发展及应用现状。 到目前为止， 虽然有不少的 环保制冷剂被推广应用。 但这些制冷荆或多或少存在缺陷， 国际公认的最终替代制冷剂还未 有定论。 论文还对未来永久替代制冷剂进行了展望。 本文的工作旨在推进我国及世界上环保 制冷荆的开发、应用及推广。 关键词：制冷剂，臭氧破坏，温室效应，发展趋势 Current situation and development t

Keyword: Refrigerant,Ozone destruction, Greenhouse effect, development trend 1. 前言 臭氧层的破坏和全球气候变化是当今世界面临的主要环境问题。 化工合成产 品氯氟烃类(简称CFCs)物质由于其优良的物理化学性质，自20世纪30年代以来 它作为制冷剂、 发泡剂、 清洗剂、 灭火剂和喷雾剂被广泛应用在制冷空调、 消防、 电子、医药等行业。进入20世纪80年代以后，科学家发现CFCs类物质不仅对大 气臭氧层有破坏作用，而且还对地球产生温室效应作用，严重影响了地球的生态

6、环境和人类的身体健康。20世纪90年代以前作为制冷剂使用的大多数物质均是 CFCs类质，对CFCs类物质替代物的研究已经成为当前国际性的热门话题。迄今 为止，环保冷剂的开发研究已经取得了显著的成果，一些新型环保制冷剂已经得 到应用，制冷剂的开发有了一个良好的开端。但是，由于制冷领域非常广泛， CFCs类制冷剂又很多，全面彻底的解决这一问题还有许多工作要做。 2. 制冷剂发展历史 制冷剂是制冷系统中的工作流体，通常也称为制冷工作介质或工质。从历史 上看制冷剂的发展经历了三个阶段。在18世纪30年代波尔金斯(Perkins J)制 造的第一台制冷机中使用的制冷剂是乙醚(CH3CH20CH2CH3)。随后，人们陆续 提出了甲醚(CH30CH3，1840年左右)、水(H20，1850年)、乙醇(CH3CH20H，1856 年)、氨(NH3，1860年)、二氧化碳(C02，1866年)、甲基氨(CH3NH2，1860年左 右)、乙基氨(CH3CH2NH2，1860年左右)、甲酸甲酯(HCOOCH3，1870年)、二 氧化硫(S02，1875年左右)、一氯甲烷(CH3CI，1878年)、一氯
