1、 机械弯管机设计 摘 要 随着工业社会的发展， 各式各样的家电， 交通工具等工业产品得到了更大范围的普及， 随着这些产品多样化的发展， 相应的非标准零部件的需求也越来越大。 弯管机作为一种针 对管件成型而被设计制造的非标准设备，在以后的工业发展中的作用正在慢慢凸现出来。 设计出符合不同作用需要同时维护方便，经济的弯管机显得更为重要。 弯管机的机构设计在整个弯管机的设计中举足轻重， 本文将详细论述机械弯管机设计 过程，同时画出了必要的零部件图以及装配图。此弯管机采用滚弯式弯管原理，采用异步 电机提供动力，同时配有蜗轮蜗杆减速器，足以满足小型作坊企业的生产需要。 关 键 词 ：关 键 词 ： 弯
