1、 - 1 - 摘 要 U 盘是当今社会日常中必不可少的工具。U 盘产品的外壳造型很多，市面上 不断出现着各种款式，我们选用这一款 U 盘外壳（材料 ABS）进行模具设计。我 们通过分析和研究，参照有关的技术文献，选定材料和有关技术参数，设计出这 款 U 盘外壳的模具。毕业设计论文主要包括三部分内容：第一部分为注塑模具的 工作原理及有关的应用、有关的设计原则，以及产品的有关介绍。第二部分为模 具的设计计算：模具结构的设计，浇注系统的设计，注射机的选择等。第三部分 为 Pro/ENGINEER 的应用,Pro/E 许多方面的功能都在本次设计中用到，它为产品 造型设计和模具设计提供良好的设计环境，

The shell of U disk products is continuous updating following on the market requirement. We choose this shell shape of the U disk to mold design. Through the analy
