1、 装钉机结构设计 摘 要 随着人们生活水平的日益提高，角钉机的需求量在不断增加，同时对角钉机的质 量和性能也提出了更高的要求。提高角钉机的质量很容易，但改善角钉机的性能却很 难，而改善角钉机的性能是提高其质量的唯一途径。 在机械加工中，角钉机主要包含机壳和压掣装置所机构，该机壳内部设有出钉 装置上端面设有呈九十度的定位架而定位架可于机壳的上端面前后位移调整距离； 该压掣装置包含有两气缸、一固定架、一调整块及一压掣杆，两气缸设于机壳内 部，并令气缸的缸轴凸出机壳上端面，固定架则横设于两气缸的缸轴顶端，固定架 的中央位置利用螺栓锁合调整块 关键词：角钉机；气缸；固定架 Abstract As pe
