1、 本科毕业设计（论文） 铝箔初轧机 学 院： 机械工程学院 专 业： 07 级机设 1 班 学生 姓名： 学 号： 指导 教师： 答辩 日期： 2011 年 6 月 本人设计的题目是2200360 铝箔轧机，其为典型的四辊不可逆冷带 轧机。又由于次设计中的轧件为典型的有色金属铝，所以该设计具有其独 特性。 本论文从铝与带钢的轧制工艺的异同点出发， 较系统的阐述了四辊不可 逆冷带轧机的新结构、新的计算理论和计算方法。分章节介绍了铝的轧制工 艺及设备、轧机的主传动装置、轧辊、轧辊轴承、轧机机架、轧辊的调整与 平衡机构、轧机刚度、轧机的辊型调节和换辊装置等，并对轧制力能参数、 工作辊和工作辊轴承进行

This paper from differences and similarities between the aluminum and steel strip rolling process, the new structure, the new calculation theory and calculation method were systematic described in four roll irreversible cold rolling mill. It introduces the alu

4、minum rolling process and equipment、the main device of the rolling mill transmission、roll、roll bearing、rolling mill frame、 Roll adjustment and balancing mechanism、rolling mill stiffness、the roller mill type adjustment and roll change device and so on.And the author pays more attention to designing r
