1、 房地产工程项目管理的创新研究房地产工程项目管理的创新研究 摘 要 随着中国经济日益深刻地融入全球市场，中国房地产业也日益成熟，很多房地产企业 走出了国门在海外投资经营房地产项目。房地产业也逐渐成为了我国国民经济的主要支 柱。但是随着建筑材料价格的上涨特别是大宗基础原材料的上涨和日益上涨的人工费用， 目前房地产项目管理中出现的许多新的特点，也出现了许多新的问题。本文以项目管理理 论为依据，对A房地产公司项目管理中的前期问题，建设阶段问题，租售管理过程中的问 题进行了分析，并对于项目管理问题，提出了投资决策、前期阶段、建设阶段、租售管理 阶段的风险应对策略。 关键词： 房地产；项目；风险控制 2
