1、 I 摘要 在国内，平均每年需求各种不同规格的矿用回柱小绞车数万台，因此，降低成本和提 高安全性对回柱绞车的开发具有重要意义。在本次设计中，把两级齿轮分别装在电动机和 卷筒的两侧，使结构紧凑，减少底座材料的使用降低了成本；把蜗轮蜗杆传动原理知识运 用到设计中，利用蜗轮蜗杆副具有较大的传动比这样可以实现卷筒的希望速度，可以避免 由于卷筒反转造成的意外损失；由于该机器用于矿场上所以必须具有一定的防爆能力，所 以选用防爆电动机带提原来的鼠笼式电动机；选用制动装置使得绞车在需要或者紧急的情 况下停止转动。 关键词关键词 绞车滚筒；减速器；制动器 II Abstract In the domestic,
